All chapters across the country organize their Annual Sessions in the months of March / April. The Annual Sessions are divided into two different programmes, a public session and a business session. The public session is based on a particular theme and has speeches / presentations by eminent people who will address the audience on the same. This session is open to Yi members, Special Invitees, CII members and the media alike

The business session, which would be attended only by the members of the particular Yi chapter has a presentation by the Chapter Chair in a balanced scorecard format on the activities done during the last 12 months.  A special address is delivered by a National Office Bearer of Yi to the chapter members and appointment of the new Chapter Chair and the Co-Chair is also done during this session.
