The National Retreats of Young Indians happens every year to bring together members from various chapters to a common place to increase networking between the members of various chapters and to engage them through various specifically designed events to enhance teamwork. Learning Sessions are also part of the Retreats. The retreats are designed in such a way that it gives an opportunity for the members to interact with the members of the Governing Council and the Office bearers for better understanding of the organization and their roles. During these retreats, members visit places and interact with people in the local community, thus learning from the process. Yi has organized 5 National Retreats so far, two at Uttaranchal and one each at Devbagh, Chitrakoot and Ootacamund.
